Wushu: The most successful game of Kangleipak / Manipur in modern days
KANGLEIPAK / MANIPUR has been Champions many times in National Wushu championships of India. Infact in this game, MANIPUR has been dominating. There are huge number of national WUSHU champions. MANIPUR has produced a number of Wushu players who have won medals and brought the laurels at the South Asian, Asian and World Championships. Players of MANIPUR have also brough the laurels at the Asian Games and other international championships.
Perhaps, WUSHU is the game in which MANIPUR has produced maximum number of international winners. Earlier, a lot of players from Manipur took up TAEKWONDO, BOXING, KUNG FU and KARATE, etc. but now it seems that the players are diverting to WUSHU..!!
